Lisa Traina uses her more than 35 years of experience to assist clients in implementing measures to secure data and manage risks efficiently and effectively. Prior to launching Traina & Associates in 1999, she served as Senior Vice President and CIO at a correspondent financial institution, gaining valuable expertise in the financial services technology sector. Traina & Associates joined CapinCrouse in January 2017 and is now CapinTech.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Louisiana State University (LSU) and is an alumna of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.

Lisa is a nationally recognized speaker and author, sharing her knowledge with thousands of nonprofit leaders, bankers, CPAs, and business professionals annually to help them leverage emerging technologies. In 1999 and 2008, she received the Society of Louisiana CPAs Outstanding Discussion Leader Award. She shares the same zest for innovation with CapinTech, which operates 100% in the cloud. Lisa has also been honored with the following awards and positions:

Lindsey P. Whinnery, CPA, CISSP, CISA, CISM

Lindsey has over 20 years of experience in information technology and information security. Lindsey provides review and consulting services with an emphasis on nonprofit organizations, higher education, financial institutions, and healthcare facilities. She stays current on changing threats, government regulations, and various organizations’ security frameworks to design audit work programs and better assist clients in implementing appropriate controls to protect against cybersecurity threats.

Lindsey speaks on information security topics for various groups, including the AICPA, the Louisiana Bankers Association, and various state CPA societies.

 

Allison Davis Ward, CPA, CISSP, CISA, CISM
Partner

Allison joined the firm in 2006 and served as an IT audit intern throughout high school and college. After graduating from Louisiana State University in 2011, she committed full-time to the firm. Throughout her time as an information systems auditor and senior manager, Allison has provided information security assessment and consulting services primarily for nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, and health facilities; however, she has served numerous other industries, including auto industry dealers, educational institutions, manufacturing and construction firms, professional service organizations, and other small businesses. In addition to these services, she has provided clients with consulting services in risk assessment and policy development engagements.

To remain current on trends and threats in various industries, Allison participates in several information-sharing groups and committees with the Louisiana Bankers Association and Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. She has assisted with various presentations and seminars for the LBA.

 

Holly Boullion, CISA, CISM, CISSP
Principal

Holly has over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry and currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for CapinCrouse. Previously she provided information security auditing and consulting services for nonprofit organizations and financial institutions as a manager for Traina & Associates, and served as Senior Vice President and Information Security Officer at a community bank. She stays current on changing threats, government regulations, and various organizations’ security frameworks to assist clients in implementing appropriate controls to protect against cybersecurity threats. She also previously served as Senior Vice President and Information Security Officer at a community bank, where she managed the IT, operations, and systems support departments. Traina & Associates joined CapinCrouse in January 2017 and is now CapinTech.

Holly speaks on information security topics for various groups, including the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants NCACPA, and Louisiana Bankers Association.
